SHIPPING POLICY
We welcome orders internationally from customers worldwide with Free Shipping options available across most countries, with no additional custom or taxes on receipt applicable dependant on location rules for customs and duties with no additional payment(s) payable.
Our standard shipping times vary by country of origin, timescales are estimated based on routing into the country of purchase.
United Kingdom : Standard Shipping within 7 Days;
Transatlantic : Standard Shipping within 14 Days;
International : Standard Shipping within 21 Days.
Anytime an order is placed, it will be processed the same day including any bank holidays.
All products orders are formulated on order therefore we advise ordering in plenty of time for any special occasions, and using the special instructions on any order(s), that require our specific attention.
We advise all our customers to ensure when completing an order, the full correct address for delivery is checked with a contact email or telephone number, so we can keep you informed on all progress from order to receipt.
All international customers outside of the United Kingdom, should check any local additional tax rules for online shopping, as we cannot be held liable for any country taxes imposed by regulations of any countries.
In the exceptional circumstances of an order being delayed or late, we will keep in touch with our customers and upon receipt of the order, work with our customers to ensure a satisfaction compensation resolution.

We advise all international customers to check the order on receipt, and sign for the consignment as 'Unchecked' to confirm at the point of delivery the products have not been inspected, in respect of any damages and/or missing items. If the order appears damaged, the customer is advised to sign the consignment as 'Damaged' and contact us within 24 hours with photos of the delivery for corrective action.

Your orders may be subject to local country import duties, taxes and clearance which we pay however we are not responsible for any other such costs that countries of delivery impose and advise customers to check this.
Certain restricted product(s) that are prohibited for sale, in different countries will not be processed for dispatch and orders will be cancelled and/or refunds processed in the form of a gift cards only.
